Purpose and Effectiveness – we use policies and procedures with purpose to provide care; we help people understand our policies and procedures. We collaborate with statutory services and charitable organisations to learn, offer support and safeguard those whom we provide services for.

Inclusion – diversity underpins everything we do; our practice includes involving people from a range of different social and ethnic backgrounds, whilst we liaise with organisations that promote a better understanding of human gender and sexual orientation. 

Trust – we believe in creating environments where everyone feels comfortable to share their views as well as their concerns. We take confidentiality very seriously under the guidance of the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
