We aim to support the development of self-confidence and social skills and we help our residents to manage their daily chores. We encourage residents to participate in activities of their choice, which allows them to contribute to society. We offer assistance with managing finances, and work closely with Social Services to safeguard vulnerable adults. Maximising independence is the base of our support plans.
We provide a wide range of information on resources and organisations that might be of benefit to our residents, this includes charities. We believe that connecting people with support available in their local community, who can offer informal support, is both empowering and reduces pressure on statutory services.
We provide general counselling and emotional support.
Our tailored personalised support planning promotes choice and helps our residents develop necessary independent skills.
We organise in-house group activities in which all residents can participate regardless of their disabilities or condition, by that we aim to promote an inclusive approach to care.
We create a safe environment where residents feel they can express themselves without a fear of being judged. We want to empower those whom we support, to make their own decisions and achieve fulfilling and rewarding lives, and we take pride in offering inclusive and diverse services that cater for individual needs.
We have robust policies in place to ensure that should any issues arise, we can take steps to resolve them immediately. We continuously self-evaluate and learn from experience to develop practice that ensures quality of care.

“I’ve always been passionate about making a difference. Being a care provider, my desire is to address the areas of social inclusion that still, in the 21st century, are widely misunderstood in our society. My ambition is for Care & Homes to become a market leader that promotes an inclusive service and work environment; one where everyone feels ‘at home’ regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, race, culture, background or beliefs.”
